SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENTS
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) within Australia, excluding weekends and public holidays. The transit time takes 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time will be 6 to 12 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@aussie-apparel.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process. Our team will review your request and provide you with full return instructions and the return address.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
